Whether it's dnf upgrade of my system or mock builds, both problems have been increasingly frustrating me by orders of magnitude. Especially for mock build, I had to make sure to --offline a given build after a successful repo refresh & rpm download because it became ridiculously hard to get mock --buildsrpm and mock --rebuild to succeed in a row! And my internet access has been flaky for "the last few weeks" too so I thought it was causing the failures, but then even on a good connection it kept happening.
