Those are fine and dandy, but I'm referring to when there are *any*
failed tests, their rows that show up under the "Automated Tests" tab
should also show up at the top of the "Details" tab, under a "Failed
Tests" section.

That way people can see them up front, click on them to see details,
and it's much more obvious why an update is being blocked.
