Most security updates are simply not urgent, and we really don't want
to pester users with these on a daily basis. So it would be nice if
security updates went through batched by default.
Still, this update was marked as a high-severity security update. It
probably makes sense that those should skip batched, in addition to
updates marked as urgent.
