no, I never heard about that, though I'm not a good packager, thus it
doesn't mean much. Though it can be because %lang() is way too
complicated with compare of "Recommended method of handling i18n
files" [1] as referenced from [2], which is significantly easier for
packagers like me and which is used in evolution packages for years.
