I think it's reasonable to expect the 'debuginfo-install' plugin to keep
them in synch by NOT installing the debuginfo N+1 with binary N. In the
opposite case I would prefer that it installs N+1 binary with some sort
of a warning about missing N+1 debuginfo, but I could see an argument to
hold off the update altogether until all pieces are available. Are you
saying that currently it updates them completely independently?
