Hey Richard,

It looks like this one is definitely not related to MATE as it
reportedly occurs in GNOME. I can't imagine gnome-software is the right
place for the bug to live, though. Could you try guessing a component
to move the issue to? udev, kernel, or fwupd, perhaps?
