Shouldn't you also have '-D TPM_CONFIG_ENABLE' ?
I've rebuild it with '-D TPM_CONFIG_ENABLE' added and the same issue occurs.
This enables the configuration menu. TPM support should be already
enabled with '-D TPM_ENABLE' if I saw that correctly.
