The Base Platform RevC (FVP_Base_RevC-2xAEMv8A model) includes a PCI
subsystem. It has a PCIe config region and two PCIe memory regions.

To enable PCIe support for the FVP RevC model add an instance of the
PCIe Host Bridge library.
