    [ZEPPELIN-2807] Passing Z variables to SQL Interpreter (One part of

    This feature allows embedding/interpolating Z variables into SQL statements 
passed to the Spark-SQL interpreter. It implements one part of the functions 
desired by the pre-existing issue (ZEPPELIN-1967)
