I've not changed any code related to this.
AIUI, the PR should generate output similar to this:

It's not immediately obvious to me that people seconding the nomination
should add their statements below the line.
A 'Second' in this context is a person, so it could mean that the person's
name and id are expected.
A sintance witth lotz of spilling errers sloes comprehenzion, likewise
ambiguous staments can slow down the editing pricess. (sic)
I think the text needs to be clarified, and it would help to add an example
to the instructions at the start of the file (I expect this will need a
template change).
