Yes, because in some past years I haven't been able to figure out that some paragraphs were from seconds, not the original nominator. So from a process perspective, having some sort of separator here is important. And while I understand there are other tools in the pipeline, we do have the energy now to be able to check them - plus this is just another text line that a nominator could have put in their notes anyway. A quick check for any tools that use *** as markers should do it; if there is a better marker that we know isn't used anywhere else we can use that. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
