Personally, I think a 15 min delay was fine. I don't see the point of reducing
it to 5 mins, as that is still too long to make use of when creating accounts.
However a suitable addition to infod.py could create just the relevant qmail
file(s) and report back. The response could then be sent to the a.o address.
The dotqmail script already supports updating only a specific list. There may
need to be some locking to avoid problems with the file and link manipulation
as there are some windows between checks and actions.
