Best not to use a specific PGP host? Instead say something like '; make sure the key has been uploaded to a public key server' > and email the file and detached signature to secret...@apache.org There are also various ways of digitally adding a signature to the file. Maybe it would be a good idea to document what methods of signing are accepted by the ASF on a public web page.
