Hi Sebb, I think we still need a discussion on changing the names of files when making a transition.
Part of me is ok with your change reflecting the new status. But part of me is thinking this is changing history because the original request was made May 29, 2014. So the document would originally be filed as emeritus-request-received/davanum-srinivas-2014-06-08.pdf and then moved to emeritus/davanum-srinivas-2014-06-08.pdf. And then coming back it would be moved to emeritus-rejoined/davanum-srinivas-2014-06-08.pdf. Having the two Member Apps in documents/member-apps/davanum-srinivas/ is the right way to handle the rejoining.
