Neat.
It would also encourage senders to ensure that the standard subject/body are
used so that the mails can be found.
However, care must be taken not to inadvertently expose board email contents to
those who should not be able to see them.
If the email was copied to private@pmc, it should be safe enough to allow any
pmc member access.
Otherwise it would require chair or ASF member karma.
[The private@pmc address would also help to assign mails to PMCs, where these
cannot easily be extracted from the mail]
