The nonPMC list is derived from committee-info.txt, not from any LDAP listing.
I have just updated Whimsy so it can display the standard checks for nonPMC
groups if they have ou=project LDAP groups.
I'm not sure whether it makes sense to create ou=project groups for all the
nonPMC groups.
For example Finance and Data Privacy don't really qualify in my view.
