The new display is better in that it does try to explain why there might be a 
mismatch.

I've thought about this some more and I think the best solution is to have two 
separate paragraphs:
unmatched emails against current pmc members -- these are things that the PMC 
should try to fix

ASF Members who have subscribed -- this is just FYI (transparency) to the PMC
