Just checking for my understanding, this would be:
* Release 0.9.0 next
* We find a bug, release 0.9.1
* 0.9.1 is now the only supported release
* 0.10.0 comes out
* 0.10.0 is now the only supported release

Who does the patch releases? I'm assuming the nominated release person from
`0.9.0` ?
