@manupa-arm i agree we don't need to care so much about how we parse and load `.params` into IRModule, but what about the question of `Add`? i think that implies we must traverse the other TIR in `Add` and copy any referenced NDArray from the other IRModule into `this` IRModule. is that part of this proposal? this then drags in the naming question.
