a couple thoughts on @junrushao1994 's comments: - on B: I'm okay with either thing. I think the primary concern here is whether constant data should become a PrimExpr and how much that impacts TIR parsing time? - on C: in #31 (perhaps that or perhaps a derivative of it) we will need to find a TIR expression that can do this. So I think the answer is yes, we just need to deduce exactly how.
