+1 from me.
That candidate, url is http://people.apache.org/~zwoop/rel-candidates/ , works
well with  CentOS-6.0-x86_64, and on Amazon EC2 linux instances 64bit. If
needed I can install it on other OS as I have most pltaforms on hand or can
easily commandeer a server.

Subject: [VOTE] Release Apache Traffic Server v3.1.0

Hi all,

I've prepared a package for a v3.1.0 release. Please take a look at the
artifacts, check the STATUS/README/CHANGES files, and do builds and tests.
After finishing your examination of the release candidate, please cast your ±/0
votes, I will call the vote on 8/25/2011. The src tar-ball and signatures are
available in

    http://people.apache.org/~zwoop/rel-candidates/

SHA1: c83c26d65dda28ccd130a0d3dc624a8ef15c3af9
*trafficserver-3.1.0-unstable.tar.bz2

This is primarily a large number of bug fixes over the 3.0.0 release, but it
also adds a foundation for finishing the IPv6 support (to origin servers). Over
80 bugs / improvements were closed for this release.

Thanks,
