Preparing for a 2.0.1 release

 Hi all,

I'm preparing to make a 2.0.1 release. I've merged the two backports 
that had been successfully voted on in the 2.0.x branch STATUS file. If 
you have additional bugs you would like to nominate and vote on for the 
2.0.1 release, please update that STATUS file asap.
