I like it! Missing cookie management always bothered me, but not being a coder 
I wasn't able to implement it myself.

One question though, do you think it's possible to configure two states in 
config.h and then apply a key binding to toggle between those two, just like 
the already implemented enableplugins, enablescripts etc.? That way one could 
e.g. allow cookies only for specific websites. Or other combinations like 
globally allow cookies, but no third party, but after toggling enable all 
cookies.
