Hi, I made a patch which lets the user set the cookie policy (accept always, never, no third party) in config.h, since surf uses the default “accept always”. I didn't add a flag for it as I think that wouldn't be necessary. If someone finds it useful, I'll put it on the website. Also I'm not sure I did it the best way, please feel free to comment.
