Sure, I've removed get-deps.sh in r1937667[1] and nominated this change for
backport in r1937671[2].

I've also nominated the removal of the Buildbot scripts in r1937672[3].
Hope this was the right thing to do as well.

I've voted on both nominations, but AFAIK my vote is formally
non-binding[4].

Also please update the backport nomionation of INSTALL when you remove the
