I downloaded sqlite-amalgamation-3080802.zip and unzipped into a totally different directory. I make a directory named SQLite amalgamation as follows: /stptest/tools/svn/subversion-1.8.11/sqlite-amalgamation dand copied the sqlite3.c from the unzipped files to it
