Well the branch isn't really frozen. It's just restricted to things that don't restart our soak. Because I'm expecting changes I'm not really inclined to turn off the bot. The notice in the file sounds like a good idea, but I'll need to tweak the bot to do it. Maybe I'll have some time to do it tomorrow.
