Is there a chunk of this work that can be easily subcontracted out to another of us devs? Tests are probably the obvious option, assuming that there lives someplace public a thorough enough design doc from which to work when coding test expectations. What about some of the other tasks? Could Bert (for example) do some WC-NG query wrangling or something for one or more of these subtasks? I don't see a documentation task in the above list -- what will we wish to brag about in the release notes, and what will need documentation in the book? (I'm in an svnbook frame of mind right now, so perhaps that's a subtask I can help with personally.) -- C.
