Are there any objections to shipping serf-1.1.0 with our deps package going forward? Based on what Greg said I don't think there's any technical reason not to. If not I'll be doing so with 1.7.7. If we do another 1.6 release we probably should use 0.7, since 1.6's serf.m4 doesn't know about major 1 of serf.
