someone that provides what you want. Note, iconv is not used on
Windows. I assume you meant lib_intl though for the translations.
AFAIK, we could not use that in an ASF-distributed binary because it
is LGPL.
I just thought about something. On Windows, a special hacked-up version of
libintl is used, which is available at s.t.o. Presumably, we won't be able
to distribute it from s.a.o, so what will we do?
