We need to discuss the PMC membership as part of the graduation. I would
suggest that in order to be eligible for PMC membership, PPMC members
should have made 3 contributions to code, reviews or discussions up to this
date and of course be willing to continue post graduation. Given that in
the project, all committers are PPMC members, I would suggest that the same
logic is applied to committers.

Any thoughts on this?
