[~jarcec] I still cannot upload this patch, this patch is important to get the
SQOOP-1803, since my patch does not do a complete job update, it only updates
the config/input - such as lastValue once the job ends, since it is more
efficient.
So a few patches depend on this patch. 1803 and the command line support
SQOOP-1635 that I have a patch for.
