Regarding the shading configuration, I have cleaned up the existing shading configuration in https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/23647 and addressed multiple existing problems. It will be easier to work on the shading config for fastutil after that change has been merged. Please help review https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/23647. -Lari
