Penghui, Probably it is worth to wait for BookKeeper 4.12.0 release and upgrade BookKeeper dependency
In BK 4.12.0 we have BP-41 http://bookkeeper.apache.org/bps/BP-41-bookieid/ that allows to separate the concept of BookieId from BookieSocketAddress. This is a preview of how the upgrade would like https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/8447 I know that Sijie is starting soon the release of 4.12.0.
