Applied the patch, ran forrest and committed the changes in
[^published-changes.patch]. Forrest build failed generating pdfs. Still looking
at that issue. Went ahead and committed the html pages as that is what is
relevant to this jira to remove Google Analytics.
Verified that the changes are now reflected in the browser (
