Apologies [~rohini] - not sure what I was thinking with the patch - once you
did the svn copy it only needed a small change.
I've attached a new *_pig-ga-v2.patch_* file which just removes the GA from the
*_site-to-xhtml.xsl_* file. You then also need to re-build the site to remove
GA references from the published pages and commit those changes
