Hi everyone,
After several rounds of discussion in the community meetings, we have
finalized the inclusion of the following four features in the 2.2
release.(Other features can not be ready in the short term.)
- Create a comprehensive guide for On Prem Apache Ozone Installation
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-13869 [Done]
- Add a disk balancer for datanode
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-5713 [Done]
- OM HA: Support Follower Read (Phase 1)
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14424 [Done]
- Implement a Client Datanode API to stream a block
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-10338 [Done]
If there are no objections, I will create a feature branch next Monday(June
8) and begin the release preparation process for version 2.2.
