Looking at this, I know disk balancer (HDDS-5713 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-5713>) is merged into master branch. HDDS-8342 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-8342> s3 lifecycle appears close to completion 1. HDDS-13177 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-13177> storage capacity distribution looks pretty much completed. HDDS-14424 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14424> OM HA read from follower -- it was a new item but Ivan's very active on it. So yeah, it looks like we already have a significant payload for this release.
