Since OVN is labeled experimental in 2.5, I'd be pretty conservative about what we bring back. In general, we try to only backport bug fixes at this point in the release. (It will likely ship early next week.) This could be viewed as a bug fix, but if it's not critical to functionality and if you're needing to pull in a bunch of other changes, I wouldn't bother. As Kyle mentioned, anyone who seriously is interested in OVN is probably using OVN at this point.
