Jesse, Ben, Jarno et. al,

This message although harmless can be confusing for developers who are introducing new functionality and testing it on the datapath. When I first turned on logging and saw it, I thought it was my bug until I found saw it in the master branch.

I will take no action and proceed with debugging my 8021ad patch.

How about a specific netlink (DP) command to set the logging level and invoking 
it before and after probing?
