There were 2 I know of: - #128579 - a cross-platform regression that got fixed on 3 Jan 2024 in commit 294ee1400602b0a60dabfaa12034b85c1df06f8f. - Another "regression" (Bugzilla seems to be down?) which is Windows-only, and has a known but ugly workaround - we leak the library handle like we did before (and still do on 4.1.x), instead of releasing it properly.
