i fear the issue remains. i am pretty sure it is the ownership of the
folders.
I am playing a bit around and updated the index today manually. there
are still messages in the log.

I updated now all git repos on the machine and added some config
exclusion.
i hope this leads to an indexing of trunk. I check wednesday after

Dick has fixed a typo today (great find!) and after that commit I
would have expected OpenGrok to re-index at 3 PM (UTC)...
So I think the connection between OpenGrok and our GitHub repo is
broken.
no issues on the manual side. there is something else broken
maybe the sync script

The Index should update some time after something is committed
on GitHub.

It looks like the Index is up to date, but the Git revision is
not. Things I already fixed in trunk are still visible.
can you check the AOO2xx branch, i updated that manually.
AOO42X seems to be up to date!
Maybe the connection to GitHub is the main problem?
i guess there is an issue with ownership on the machine. i check
tomorrow.
