I updated now all git repos on the machine and added some config exclusion.

So I think the connection between OpenGrok and our GitHub repo is broken.

Dick has fixed a typo today (great find!) and after that commit I would have expected OpenGrok to re-index at 3 PM (UTC)...

The Index should update some time after something is committed on GitHub.

It looks like the Index is up to date, but the Git revision is not. Things I already fixed in trunk are still visible.

can you check the AOO2xx branch, i updated that manually.

AOO42X seems to be up to date!

Maybe the connection to GitHub is the main problem?

i guess there is an issue with ownership on the machine. i check tomorrow.
