Matthias and I discussed directly. In some parts of the world closer.lua will select dlcdn.a.o as the “mirror” and in others it will select downloads.a.o.
This is expected and how Infra has set up closer.lua to minimize costs. BTW - We have not updated Alternative download link #2 <https://downloads.apache.org/openoffice/4.1.10/binaries/> on openoffice.org/download/ we could switch that to use closer.lua.
