Our download page is wrong. See
https://infra.apache.org/release-download-pages.html#download-page
we use already a ASF server. But it has to be also the download system.
I had the same problem with the AOO 4.1.10 release.
However, it's not a big loss when the mail is not accepted. So, don't
waste any time for this.
