That's sad, because the spammer gets all he wants: His links remain
visible for every user and search engine...
But how about making these comments invisible for normal users? [1]

I would say just open a Jira issue and ask what things are possible for
us or Infra. Maybe with a bit more thinking more possibilities get visible.
