Infra has at least the SDK, they installed it on our Windows 10 buildbot when I worked with them to get things going... I have a VM (VirtualBox), but it is in German. I would need to set up a new one including the SDK. ;-) > Maybe porting to 2010 is not that hard? Maybe...
