It is needed to build AOO on Windows. Support has ended and MS has pulled it from their server. The links in our Wiki are not working: https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Building_Guide_AOO/Step_by_step#Windows_7.2C_Windows_8.1.2C_Windows_10 This is a major problem now for developers who want to set up a new building machine.
