Hello, I think you can make Georgia hunspell dictionary in UTF-8 encoding. After creating the hunspell dictionary it needs to be packed to OpenOffice extension like this: http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/english-dictionaries-apache-openoffice The author of this expansion has created a utility for easy editing OpenOffice dictionary - Proofing Tool GUI http://marcoagpinto.cidadevirtual.pt/proofingtoolgui.html
