The purpose of this thread was to find out whether it has been built in
each required environment, so there would be unlikely to be more build
fixes. With the e-mail this morning from Jim on the "How do all the
binaries get built?" thread, I believe that is the case.

Haven't seen any call from the RM, but it might be time to start
building it ;)
